Q: How strong is MonoPan®?

Compression strength reaches 2.3 MPa (short-term load), and impact resistance exceeds 80 J at 20°C – far stronger than plywood at comparable weight.

Q: What adhesives are compatible with MonoPan®?

Due to low surface energy, MonoPan® requires surface pretreatment (e.g., plasma or corona) before bonding. EKO-TECH provides suitable adhesives and lamination options.

Q: Is MonoPan® recyclable?

Yes. Being thermoplastic-based and free from adhesives or resins, MonoPan® is more recyclable than traditional composite boards.

Q: Can MonoPan® be used outdoors?

Yes. It is UV-stable, water- and weather-resistant, and can withstand -40°C to +80°C. Anti-slip options also make it suitable for outdoor walkways and platforms.

Primered / One Side Pre-Treated (G/O)
Perfect for painting, foil lamination, or bonding, these panels have one side primered and plasma-pretreated for maximum adhesion.
White Painted / UV Resistant (U/O)
One side painted in RAL 9010 white with UV protection. Ready-to-use for visible surfaces, displays, or exterior cladding.
Black / Unpainted (B/B)
MonoPan® with black surface finish, ideal for packaging or technical design elements. Surface retains some texture from the fiberglass reinforcement.
