X-treme Pro allows you to install up to 6 applicators of your choice (30, 60 or 100mm), which are individually controlled on a touchscreen to allow for greater flexibility in each process. It is also possible to install applicators with a “rewind” system for liner recovery during tape application.
The maximum application speed is 80m/min.
Using our patented system, the X-treme Pro 1600 is 100% electrically powered no need for compressed air, which means better performance, quality and ease of use. Our “standard” X-Treme series machines do not require installation or training by our specialised personnel.

X-TREME PRO offers customers a choice of applicator sizes from 30mm and 60mm depending on application type. Different tape types/sizes can be mounted on each applicator.

APPLICATION TEMPLATES
