Scotch® 23 – Premium EPR Insulating Tape

Scotch® 23 is a high-performance electrical insulation tape developed by 3M™, designed for high-voltage applications up to 69 kV. Made from self-amalgamating EPR (ethylene propylene rubber), it offers excellent stretchability (up to 100%) and outstanding moisture resistance, forming a void-free, long-lasting insulation barrier.

Scotch® 23 is non-vulcanizing, ensuring long shelf life and consistent properties over time. Its special polyester liner keeps the tape clean and makes application easy. This rubber-based solution is ideal for both low- and high-voltage splicing, protecting sensitive electrical joints in demanding environments.
