3M™ 450XL Adhesive Transfer Tape
3M™ 450XL is a high-performance adhesive transfer tape with extended liner, built to maintain reliable, high-strength bonding in environments up to 260°C (500°F). It features 2 mil ultra-high temperature acrylic adhesive (100HT) and a 3.6 mil heat-stable non-woven liner that offers excellent die-cutting stability and dimensional consistency.
This clear, double-sided tape is purpose-designed for flexible printed circuit (FPC) bonding, metal-to-metal lamination, and assembly processes involving heat-intensive exposure.
