3M™ 5433

3M™ Linered Low Static Polyimide Film Tape 5433 is a high-performance technical tape made with DuPont™ Kapton® polyimide film and silicone adhesive. Designed for PCB solder masking and other high-temperature applications, it offers low electrostatic discharge (Low Static), making it ideal for sensitive electronics and components.

This tape delivers excellent dimensional stability up to +260°C, along with resistance to chemicals, flame, and radiation. Its easy-release liner makes it suitable for highly precise die-cutting, even in multilayer constructions. The silicone adhesive performs reliably at elevated temperatures, minimizing adhesive transfer and eliminating surface cleaning – saving both time and costs.
